FEATURE: James Moore S14A

Meet James Moore’s S14A. Bright and reflective.

I met James at a Fueltopia event last year and since then I have followed his build and updates. I have seen the car change quite a lot, the latest change being this awesome livery designed by Tom at Infamous Creations.

James purchased the car around 3 years ago completely standard as he wanted something different to his friends who were drifting Nissan Skylines. The colour is quite an uncommon Nissan colour so he knew he had to have it.

The car was stripped as much as possible. James upgraded the worn bushes and bought a set of fully adjustable coilovers. The diff was also removed and welded.

The plan for the car was to help James learn more about cars and how they work. He started with simple bolt on power upgrades and the build continued from there. Of course it was always going to be a drift car!

Mapped by Nispro Performance it produces 307bhp with 310ft/lb of torque with a Link ECU.

You can see James at most of the Fueltopia Barrel Sprint rounds this year as well as selected Norfolk Arena drift days and The Newark Country Show.

James would like to thank all his sponsors; Mishimoto, Tennyson Tyres, Nispro Performance, Bean Vinyled, Southern Custom Designs, ShutterPerfect Media, K98 Media and Infamous Creations. His dad and brother for their knowledge and advice. His friends for the late nights and early mornings and his mum for the support and putting up with the house lights dimming with the welder.
